1. Please note that the e-commerce website will be made on Shopify. 
2. Once the Shopify store is created, it will be transferred to the user. If the user continues to use the store, it is subject Shopify pricing.  
3. Customer can select any of the FREE Shopify Themes for this site. 
4. Customer needs to share creative assets, fonts & colours of the brand along with its logo. If no assets are shared, then we will create suitable assets from our side which will not be subject to any revision 
5. User needs to provide correct email address for clear communication 
6. If the user does not submit required details within 2 weeks of placing the order, a basic website without details and assets will be created and transferred to them 
7. Domain name needs to be shared by the customer based on domain availability (check here) 
8. If at the time of buying the domain, it is unavailable, then the Xpress team will reach out to the customer with few other options out of which the customer needs to select one domain. 
9. Payment gateway documentation will be shared with the user for easy payment gateway setup. 
10. No returns or cancellations accepted 
11. All above terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted by the customer on placing the order. 

How does Website Xpress Work? 

Step 1: Place an Order 

Select either Swift, Booster or Turbo Website Xpress Plan as per your requirement and place the order by buying the service and completing the payment 

Step 2: Share the Details 

An email will be sent to you asking to submit the details which you need to submit within 2 weeks. 

Step 3: Sit back and relax 

For 2-3 weeks while we are working on the website 

Step 4: See the magic! 

Once the website is completed and setup, you will receive the details along with the store domain and backend admin access.
