Your Pixel is live.
Your signal isn’t.
Most businesses stop at the Pixel. The ones winning on Meta don’t — they’ve built an airtight CAPI pipeline that tells the algorithm exactly what it needs to know.
Pixel vs CAPI — what’s the difference?
Two tools. One does the heavy lifting.
The starting point
The Meta Pixel is a browser-based script that tracks user activity on your site. It’s essential — but it’s increasingly limited. Ad blockers, iOS privacy changes, and browser restrictions erode signal quality every day. It tells Meta part of the story. Chances are that you are losing out a lot more data which gives your account the wrong signal.
The real signal
CAPI (Meta’s conversion API) sends event data directly from your server to Meta — bypassing the browser entirely. It’s unaffected by blockers, more accurate, and gives Meta the complete picture. A high Event Match Quality score (8+) means the algorithm knows exactly who converted, where and why. This will significantly boost your ROAS.
What Toposel delivers
Manual integration. Maximum signal.
Manual CAPI Setup
We don’t use out-of-the-box plugins. Every client gets a custom, server-side CAPI integration built for their stack — clean, accurate, and durable.
Signal Deduplication
Pixel and CAPI can double-count events. We configure deduplication properly so Meta sees one clean signal — not two noisy ones fighting each other.
EMQ Score Optimisation
We audit your event parameters, enrich your customer data signals, and push your Event Match Quality score to 8–9 — where ROAS improvements are most dramatic.
Event Audit & QA
Misfired events, wrong triggers, missing parameters — we catch and fix every gap in your event setup before it costs you optimisation time.
First-Party Data Strategy
We help structure your CRM and site data to feed CAPI the richest possible signal — so Meta’s algorithm always learns from your best customers.
Ongoing Monitoring
Signal quality drifts over time. We monitor your EMQ score continuously and fix issues before they impact campaign performance.
Pixel and CAPI are the most crucial metrics any business needs to prioritize when setting up their account — because first-party data is everything. A strong Event Match Quality score of eight or nine can dramatically improve your ROAS in ways most businesses don’t anticipate. For every client we onboard, we integrate and optimize their CAPI to ensure the signal quality is airtight. People underestimate it — but at the end of the day, it’s about how you leverage the best out of Meta and ensure the algorithm learns in the right way.
How we do it
From broken signal to best-in-class tracking
Signal Audit
We start by measuring your current EMQ score, identifying event misfires, and mapping every gap between what’s happening on your site and what Meta knows about it.
Server-Side Integration
We manually build your CAPI pipeline — server-to-server, custom-matched to your platform, with full deduplication against the Pixel.
Data Parameter Optimisation
We enrich every event with the highest-quality customer signals available — email, phone, location — to maximise your match rate with Meta’s user graph.
Score & Performance Tracking
We track your EMQ score and ROAS trajectory over time, alerting to any signal degradation and maintaining the quality of the pipeline as your campaigns scale.
Let’s fix your signal.
Most businesses are leaving ROAS on the table. A 30-minute audit shows you exactly where.
